HEAD-TO-TOE BOOTCAMP (EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION) TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: March 12th, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Head-to-Toes Bootcamp (“Program”) offered by WeFlow Inc., an Ontario corporation (“Company,” “WeFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By enrolling in the Program, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

INTRODUCTION

WeFlow Inc. offers online training under the scope of Fascia Remodeling and Movement Enhancement, delivered by parents and guided by a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner.

The Head-to-Toes Bootcamp is based on the understanding of the human body as a system of interconnected structures, with fascia playing a central role in posture, movement, and structural balance. The approach taught in this Program is designed to support posture, movement, comfort, and developmental challenges through gentle, home-based application.

The techniques taught in the Bootcamp are:

  • Drug-free

  • Non-invasive

  • Gentle

  • Designed for parent-led implementation at home

The Program includes online instruction and the use of soft viscoelastic tools for home-based application.

While the methods are generally considered safe, no physical or health-related activity is completely free of potential risks.

The purpose of this Program is to equip parents and caregivers with the knowledge and skills necessary to apply the techniques safely and responsibly at home.

WeFlow Inc. encourages all participants to inform their child’s healthcare professionals about their participation in this Program.

1. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY

The Head-to-Toes Bootcamp is an educational program.

It:

  • Does not constitute medical advice.

  • Does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Is not a substitute for medical care.

Mariana Barreto is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner practicing under the National Manual Osteopathy Society.

She is not acting as your child’s physician, healthcare provider, or regulated medical practitioner through this Program.

Participation does not establish a practitioner–patient relationship.

You are strongly encouraged to consult your child’s physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning the techniques taught in this Program.

2. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

By enrolling in the program, you:

  • Accept full responsibility for implementation.

  • Accept full responsibility for your child’s supervision and safety.

  • Agree to exercise independent judgment.

  • Understand that results vary.

No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You understand that:

  • The Program involves physical techniques.

  • Physical intervention carries inherent risk.

  • Every child responds differently.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

4. WAIVER OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permi5tted by law, WeFlow Inc., its directors, officers, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for:

  • Injury

  • Harm

  • Loss

  • Damages

  • Claims arising from participation

You participate at your own risk.

5. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeFlow Inc. from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or legal fees arising from:

  • Your participation.

  • Your implementation of techniques.

  • Third-party claims connected to your participation.

6. PROGRAM ACCESS

Enrollment includes:

  • Lifetime access to recorded materials.

  • Limited-time access to the private Circle community.

Community access closes automatically after the designated program period.

WeFlow Inc. reserves the right to:

  • Modify content.

  • Change coaching dates.

  • Replace live sessions with recordings.

  • Postpone or cancel the Program.

7. FEES & PAYMENTS

Regular Price:
US$647 (six hundred forty-seven United States Dollars)

Payment is due in full unless a payment plan is offered.

Payments are processed through:

  • PayPal

  • Stripe

You are responsible for:

  • Currency conversion fees

  • International transaction fees

  • Processing fees

  • Applicable taxes

Missed payment plan installments result in immediate suspension. Continued non-payment may result in termination without refund.

8. REFUND POLICY

WeFlow Inc. offers a conditional 7-day money-back guarantee.

To qualify:

  • You must complete and submit the Child Assessment Form from Module 1.

  • You must email [email protected] within 7 days of the first module release (before 11:59 PM Eastern Time on Day 7).

Refunds will not be granted after this window or without submission of the required form.

If approved:

  • Access is terminated immediately.

  • Materials must be deleted.

Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of WeFlow Inc.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Program materials are proprietary and owned exclusively by WeFlow Inc.

This includes:

  • Videos

  • Recordings

  • Worksheets

  • Frameworks (including CALM™)

  • Written content

  • Methodology

You may not:

  • Share login credentials

  • Record live calls

  • Screenshot or distribute materials

  • Teach the methodology

  • Resell content

  • Claim certification

  • Use CALM™ branding without permission

Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement.

10. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES & CODE OF CONDUCT

Participation in the private community requires adherence to professional and respectful standards.

By participating, you agree to:

1. Confidentiality

All discussions within the community are confidential.
You may not share, screenshot, or distribute other members’ information without explicit permission.

2. Respectful Communication

Participants must communicate respectfully at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or hostile behavior will not be tolerated.

3. No Medical Advice Between Members

Participants may share experiences but may not provide medical diagnoses, prescriptions, or regulated medical advice to other members.

4. No Solicitation or Promotion

Members may not:

  • Promote services

  • Sell products

  • Recruit clients

  • Share affiliate links

Without express written permission.

5. Personal Responsibility

Each participant is responsible for their own decisions and actions. Advice shared within the community is peer-based and not professional medical advice.

6. Integrity & Professionalism

Participants agree to:

  • Act in good faith

  • Contribute constructively

  • Avoid disruptive behavior

7. Enforcement

WeFlow Inc. reserves the right to:

  • Remove posts

  • Issue warnings

  • Remove members

  • Terminate access without refund

If guidelines are violated.

Community access is a privilege, not a right.

11. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Testimonials reflect individual experiences.

Results are not guaranteed.

Individual outcomes vary.

12. PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION

WeFlow collects necessary information to deliver services, including:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Voluntarily submitted child-related information

Payment processors:

  • PayPal

  • Stripe

Communication systems:

  • Seamlessly (Lead Connector)

Community platform:

  • Circle

Media sharing requires separate written consent.

WeFlow does not sell personal data.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

WeFlow Inc.’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Program.

WeFlow shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

14. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.

15. FORCE MAJEURE

WeFlow Inc. is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and WeFlow Inc.

17. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE

By enrolling and completing payment, you confirm that:

  • You have read these Terms.

  • You understand them.

  • You agree to be legally bound.

Electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement.
