4-weeks to learn a full-body fascia therapy routine to help your child improve posture, movement and comfort.
I know how overwhelming it can feel when therapy sessions pile up and progress feels slow. You're not alone. This Bootcamp gives you a clear path toward helping your child's body find more ease — right from home.
Transform your child's posture, movement, and tone — right from home.
In just 4 weeks, learn and implement a full-body fascia routine to improve your child's posture, movement, and tone — right from home.
Have you ever felt like something is missing — no matter how hard you try?
You’re doing everything you can for your child: the therapy appointments, the exercises, the endless research. And yet... progress can feel slow, uncertain, or just out of reach.
If you feel overwhelmed, discouraged, or worried you’re not doing enough—please know that you are doing your best, and so are the therapists who support your child.
The truth is, most traditional therapies focus on muscles and try to “teach” the body how to move. But they often miss a crucial piece: fascia—the connective tissue that acts as the scaffolding of the body. When fascia isn’t balanced and supported, it can quietly hold back your child’s comfort, movement, and true potential for progress.

If you feel overwhelmed, discouraged, or worried you're not doing enough — you are not alone.
I'm Mariana, founder of WeFlow Fascia Therapy, and I've met so many parents standing exactly where you are. Loving, dedicated, doing everything recommended by professionals — yet still watching their child struggle with posture, tone, and movement.
The truth is, most traditional therapies focus only on the muscles. They miss a key piece of the puzzle: Fascia.

Yes, you need simple, easy to find tools like a pilates ball and fabrics. You'll get a full list during Week 1, plus I'll teach you how to make them at home.

Yes. Fascia therapy also helps with genetic and many other musculoskeletal conditions.

I don't think I can commit to 1 hour per day. Can I still help my child?
Absolutely. I understand that finding a full hour can be hard. That's why we start with short, manageable 20-minute blocks, just a few times a week. Over time, as you feel ready, you can gradually increase. Many parents have started small and seen wonderful results.
What if I'm nervous about doing the techniques correctly?
I've got you covered. I am teaching step by step each technique and I'll review them together during live Q&A calls and in our community so you feel confident and safe applying them with your child.
What if my child has a tracheostomy or a G-tube?
You can still work safely with your child. I will teach you special precautions to protect those areas so you can confidently apply the techniques while keeping your child safe and comfortable.
What if my child doesn't let me work with them?
That's okay! Some children need a different approach, and we share creative strategies to help you set the mood and pace. Many parents are amazed at what becomes possible with small, gentle steps.
This program gives me about 4 weeks of work. What happens after that?
You'll have the tools to keep going at your own pace and continue seeing progress. Or, when you're ready, you can explore more advanced options with us. One step at a time — we're here when you need us.
Can my child do other therapies while doing this program?
Yes! Fascia therapy actually helps other therapies be more effective. We encourage you to keep your team informed so everyone can support your child’s progress together.
A note from me
(Mariana):
After years of working closely with CP families, I've seen the same patterns again and again:
Parents trying their absolute best... juggling appointments... doing all the "right" exercises... but still feeling stuck.
That's why I created the CALM Framework — to give you a clear, science-backed way to finally understand what's happening with your child's body... and how you can help from home.
And for families who want to take the next step and put CALM into action — without feeling overwhelmed — I'll be sharing all the details about my new 4-Week Head-to-Toes Fascia Therapy Intensive Bootcamp for Parents at the end of the webinar.
You'll leave this class with clarity, hope, and a real plan for what's next.
Most therapies focus on strengthening muscles and repeating developmental milestones over and over… but the body’s true support comes from a deeper, often overlooked tissue: fascia.
Imagine your child’s body as a fruit salad in gelatin.
The fruits are the organs, bones, and muscles.
But the gelatin that holds everything together? That’s fascia.
When that gelatin is weak, the body collapses.
When you gently strengthen it… the body finds support, stability, and freedom.
And that’s exactly what you’ll learn in this bootcamp.
Absolutely. Modern science recognizes fascia not just as a passive wrapping but as an active, intelligent, and deeply connected system influencing our posture and movement.
Recent scientific studies have found that:
Fascia acts as an internal tensional network, a support structure (biotensegrity model), that organizes and maintains the body's shape from within. This vision, developed by researchers such as Levin & Martin, completely changes how we understand human movement.
[Levin & Martin, s.f.]
This fascial network allows for efficient force distribution and support of the body, facilitating more stable and less tiring movements.
[Bordoni & Zanier, 2018]
It has a direct relationship with the nervous system, functioning as a sensory system that informs the brain about the body's postural state.
[Bordoni & Mahabadi, 2024]
When this network loses its tension—as if the gelatin that holds everything together melted—the body collapses: alignment, balance, and control are lost.
[Stecco et al., 2023]
Furthermore, recent research has gone even deeper:
Fascia has been shown to actively contract and participate in the dynamics of the musculoskeletal system, not only as support, but as active tissue.
[Schleip et al., 2019; Schleip & Klingler, 2019]
Fascia is highly innervated and is key to proprioception, that is, the body's awareness of its position.
[Van der Wal, 2009; Corey et al., 2011]
Its unique structure, such as the microvacuolar system, allows tissue gliding and facilitates functional movement.
[Guimberteau et al., 2010]
Furthermore, fascia not only transmits forces locally but also at distances within the body, contributing to overall stability.
[Wilke et al., 2018]
The use of viscoelastic tools—such as pillows, soft balls, or foams—can modulate and improve fascial function. This type of gentle, progressive stimulation is especially valuable in children with cerebral palsy, where the connective tissue needs more support and organization.
[Blyum & Driscoll, 2012]
👉 In short:
Fascia isn’t just real — it’s essential.
And what you’ll learn in this workshop is fully backed by modern, practical, and parent-friendly science
